PAWS AND RELAX
It’s International Dog Day, and our bean bags have never been more popular with the four-legged members of the household.
Some days deserve a proper celebration, so we asked a few resident comfort experts to put our bean bags through their paces. Unsurprisingly, they approved. Turns out, good comfort doesn’t really care whether you’ve got two legs or four, and if there’s a soft spot to sink into, a dog will usually find it first.
Meet the dogs who stole the shoot.
RUBY’S SPOT
First up is Ruby, making herself completely at home on our Natalia Cord Armchair. With its soft ribbed cord, supportive armchair shape and deep seat, it’s made for stretching out and settling in, so we can hardly blame her for claiming it.
It was designed for humans, of course, but once Ruby’s comfortable, we’re not getting involved.
POPPY GOES PINK
Next is Poppy, making the most of the garden weather on our Bazaar Bag in Pink. Designed for laid-back outdoor lounging, its durable, outdoor-ready fabric is made to handle real life, which apparently includes sunshine, garden days and the occasional set of paws.
The bright pink finish adds a bit of personality too, although we suspect Poppy was more interested in the comfort.
COOPER CLAIMS THE CUSHION
Cooper also decided the Kids Outdoor Floor Cushion was fair game. Low to the ground, generously cushioned and easy to settle into, it turns out to be just as appealing to a dog looking for a sunny spot as it is to the kids it was actually designed for.
We’ll call that one a shared win.

Just to be clear, every piece featured here was designed with people in mind first. Ruby, Poppy and Cooper simply got there before their owners did, and while we can’t promise your dog won’t steal your favourite seat, we can promise plenty of comfort whenever you manage to get it back.
If they’re willing to fight you for it, we’d say that’s a fairly good review.
SOMETHING FOR THEM
As much as we love seeing dogs commandeer our human-sized pieces, we’ve got something on the way that’s actually being made with them in mind.
Our first dog range is coming soon, designed with the same focus on comfort, durability and good design you’d expect from us, only this time properly sized and built for paws. It’s still a few months away, but judging by how enthusiastically Ruby, Poppy and Cooper took to the current range, we don’t think they’ll need much convincing.
