Large orders (8-10 units +) may require a dedicated delivery service. Please get in touch with our customer care team for a quote by emailing hello@iconbeanbags.ie

Delivery times vary, depending on the service selected. Please ensure a mobile number is provided at checkout, as this helps with delivery updates. Some of the couriers we use will send you a text message with an estimated delivery window. Deliveries typically arrive between 7am & 7pm. Please note that drivers are unable to call ahead of delivery.

If you need to amend or cancel your order, please call our customer care team on +44 800 988 1286 during working hours (09.00 - 16:30 Monday - Friday) as soon as possible. Due to fast dispatch times, we cannot accept email requests for order changes. Please note: orders and delivery addresses cannot be changed once items have been dispatched.

All icon products are shipped via courier and require a signature on delivery. If you’re not available during the day, you may wish to use a work address. We’re happy to deliver to alternative addresses and recommend business addresses where possible.  You can also leave delivery instructions (such as neighbour, porch, shed), however, this is done at your own risk.

If you miss your delivery, tracking information will provide instructions to rearrange the delivery or collect your order from a local depot. Saturday re-delivery may not be available on all services. After 3 failed delivery attempts, items will be returned to our warehouse. Please note: that additional charges may apply for re-delivery. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders (minus return and administration costs) where delivery cannot be completed.

Please check your parcel carefully on arrival. If there is any damage, ensure when you sign for the item that you clearly note “Damaged Product. Contact us by calling +44 800 988 1286 or emailing hello@iconbeanbags.ie and we’ll resolve the issue quickly at no extra cost. Our customer care team will be happy to help you.

Most of our bean bags come fully filled and ready to flop straight into, some of our larger products such as the armchairs and sofas will arrive partially filled. Extra filling will be supplied with the item when it arrives, simply top it up with the extra filling and get ready to sink in. Please note: if your order is sent in more than one box, on very rare occasions your packages may arrive in separate consignments on different deliveries.
